Best Time to Visit Ecuador

Ecuador has a great diversity of climates, so the best time to visit will depend on the destination you choose:

·        Coast and Galapagos Islands: November to February.
·        Highlands (Sierra): April to November, for dry and mild weather.
·        Amazon: June to November, to avoid the rains and enjoy the biodiversity.
·        In the Galapagos Islands, the best time to see giant tortoises during nesting season is between June and November.
·        Pack light clothing for the coast, warm clothing for the highlands, and rain gear for the Amazon.

Accommodation:

Ecuador offers a wide range of accommodations to suit all budgets. You can find everything from luxurious resorts to cozy lodges. Consider the following types of accommodation:

·        Hotels: Ideal for those looking for comfort and services.
·        Lodges: You’ll have a more authentic experience, often located in rural areas.
