Discover Mindo

A full-day tour to Mindo, located just two hours from Quito, offers a unique experience for nature lovers, adventure seekers, and biodiversity enthusiasts. This small paradise in the cloud forest is renowned for its ecological richness, home to hundreds of species of birds, butterflies, and exotic plants.

For the more adventurous, Mindo provides activities such as canopy (zip-lining) through the forest canopy, tubing on the Mindo River, or birdwatching with expert guides, where you can spot toucans, hummingbirds, and other iconic species. The experience wouldn’t be complete without tasting its famous artisanal chocolate, visiting factories that showcase the production process from cacao bean to delicious chocolate.
